Below is new DPC Consortium Group member Dr. Richard O. Popino, REM who owns Common Sense Solutions, Inc. in Washington, DC. www.csshome.com. He retired from USEPA headquarters enforcement, a little over a year ago, and also previously worked for the USACE. He specializes in restoration, wetlands, contaminated properties assessments, environmental litigation expert witness support, and NEPA EAs and EISs. Dr. Popino also provides environmental lobbying being located in the metro DC area.

Larry Ausley, BS Marine Sciences, Consultant is retired from NCDENR career in the HQ Water Quality Department., and is an avid Kayaker  in the Raleigh NC area.

 

 Doug P. Guild, BS Environmental Science, UNC Chapel Hill, owns Prescott Environmental in Chapel Hill, NC. He does extensive brownfields redevelopment investigations, Phase I and II ESAs, and Asbestos and LBP surveys and sampling.

 

 Jeff Edson, in the DPC Consortium Group, is located in Denver, Colorado. Jeff retired as the State of Colorado EPD, as Federal Facilities Program Manager. He investigated and supervised remediation studies and efforts for exampel the Rocky Mountain Arsenal CERCLA Site cleanups and has munitions and UXO experience. Steve Morris, MS Environmental Toxicology, is also a registered CEP, CEA, CES, REM, and CHMM, who owns a small veteran owned environmental compliance and auditing focused buisness. Morris Environmental, LLC is located  near Richmond, VA, at work on a site visit USForest Service recent project for another group member company Marc Enviro Services (MES). Steve here is posing with "Smokey Bear". Steve holds a MS in Environmental Toxicolgy and does extensive federal agency and commercial environmental and IH site audits. He retired from a civilian career at (last to first) VA Administration, DHHS/FDA, EPA Region VII (Nebraska Superfund site Office Manager/site investigation), Navy Reserves Intelligence Officer who held a top secret clearance), and before that he served in the USAF. His small environmental compliance and consulting company is a certified Veteran Owned Small Buisness (VOSB), and his company has two Blanket Purchase Agreements through DHHS for environmental services, and for IH services.

 

One of our newer Consortium group members, is ENVISAGE3D They produce excellent quality 2D GIS maps, and 3D  GIS Visualization of designs. (see www.envisage3d.com ) They are located in Idaho. their services include land based and offshore wind farm depictions, golf course designs, environmentalsampling and a variety of construction site features, and topography for land or sea.

One Envisage "Parter firm" project, recently provided an industrial client, 3D lasar mapping survey services for whole site or facility as well as GIS mapping services.

 Professional Photography services can be provided within the Group to support endangered species surveys or agency natural resources protection campaigns:

Group Member Steve Morris, CHMM, CEP, CES, REM, CEA who owns Morris Environmental, LLC;  in Feb. 2010, conducting a contamination survey for a federal government facility/site in the Northeast US,  through DPC Group member firm Marc Enviro Services (MES) on their US Forest Service Environmental Compliance Services Contract. Steve is Collecting RCRA Chemicals Data on a large USFS property to inventory, ship, and dispose of any hazardous chemicals as required in the MES/Morris Env. ME is a subcontractor on MESs prime contract awarded December 2009, DOA/USForest Service Region 9,  ARRA funded contract projects at several Forest Service sites in the US this year. The contract is an 800k , one award, environmental services contract project. Snow is a little deep there Steve!
